Lance, unfortunately my predecessor here removed your old account, like CBJ and badpete69 both were. Dan in Sao Paulo BZ undid those two because he knew about them by manually fat-fingering the user data tables in plaintext the SQL DB code is constructed from. (bad English - I know) I unlocked the topic, as well, or at least I thought I did. It appears to still be locked - maybe supposed to be because I'm not in your group? Not certain.

...but - I finally figured out a way for you to "re-own" the posts that you had written here before your user account was deleted. Let me know if you have problems. I'll go check permissions in your (new) user account as well, and hopefully figure out how to make it so you own this thread as well.

To change the owner of any post, click the information button (question mark) next to the quote button. Under moderator options use Change Poster. Only seems to be a post at a time - but at the very least we can change the first post of a thread that way.

Yep, exactly what I did, Joe. I was thinking that the access was controlled by permissions, but it is simply a locked forum. I am likely going to unlock it, soon. I thought maybe it was locked for a reason, but apparently the reason was just eliminating competition.
