Anyone have an idea what is going on with this company Deallez or have any contact with them? There are currently at least 2 projects, Retro Wave and Feel The Music, that they are involved with and both had updates indicating they were produced and would be shipped soon and neither has. And Deallez has all but disappeared from IG after many regular postings and never responded to my emails. These guys turned into scammers.

I gave them a poke on instagram - not that I expect a reply, but it will tell me when they log on (or at least when they enter the message area), which I have not seen happen yet.

I also emailed them, just for kicks, also not expecting reply, but couldn’t hurt.

Isn't Deallez related to 52Wonders (aka the same folks but for business reasons outsourced fulfillment branch)? Is 52Wonders MIA, too?

That would make sense, as I got a marketing email from 52Wonders last night (which I imagine was triggered by my email to DEALLEZ, even though I did check the do not subscribe checkbox)

Just checked:

52-wonders website has a “Fulfillment center” email link in the upper right that goes to DEALLEZ

I shot a message to 52-Wonders using their contact page - checked instagram, the last post they made was 12 weeks ago

Yes it seems 52 Wonders is behind it and they have also disappeared on IG.

I use Deallez for my EU/Worldwide fulfillment and after-KS sales. I contact via email only to place my fulfillment orders, no problems at all.
p.s. never backed his KS projects.

When's the last time you interacted with them?

TWI and S17 also use them for European shipments. Haven't had any problems myself.

Going by the last update, Varius should have finished printing in the last week. So, I'd guess (hope) he's been in very recent contact if he's unconcerned.

If I recall correctly, Lotrek used them to fulfill Maestro III and Patrons Test Print orders a few months back.

Going by the last update, Varius should have finished printing in the last week. So, I'd guess (hope) he's been in very recent contact if he's unconcerned.

Cartamundi started printing 2.5 weeks ago. Decks are still in production. I'll post another update as soon as I have some photos.

Just heard from them, responded to my email that I sent a week ago:

“We are still working. There’re delay in production.
Pre-Orders are still waiting to be shipped”

Don’t know what pre-orders they are talking about in particular - but they do have a pulse.

We have the retro wave decks ready to ship. Deallez just has to clear the funds for printing & shipping.
They are not responding at all through emails.

If Lotrek or Montenzi continues to rely on them and they flake out on us all, I'm going to be VERY unhappy.

I hope they get things back under control soon. I know this is an era of vast labor shortages and outrageous price hikes (esp. with regard to shipping), and I hope that these market forces don't lead to us losing another valuable vendor.

And, even more so, I hope they don't lead to me losing any of my cards from Lotrek or Montenzi! <insert nervous laughter emoji here>
