So I've found this vintage Bridge-sized Soviet deck at home and finally made some shots. Probably pretty common deck at its times but quite nice.

This week a few new decks arrived. After the Elephant thread on the all in one deck I looked more and found this Flex Deck which is better in my opinion, so I picked one up to check it out. An anime deck, the anime for this was hilarious. Lastly I think this one will be one of my favorites Mondrian Broadway.

Edit: Meadowlark just arrived as well. Crappy pic and I didn't want to take another sooo... Here's a cropped snap, can see the holo sticker under the right top side.

I liked the Majesty so much it went right into the every day list and was carried today.

After quite some time Cartamundi finally managed to send the United giveaway prize deck. So I was very pleasntly surprised by today's mailday. As a little "sorry for taking so long", they threw in a old Superlux Copag Neo deck also, pretty nice of them.

After quite some time Cartamundi finally managed to send the United giveaway prize deck. So I was very pleasntly surprised by today's mailday. As a little "sorry for taking so long", they threw in a old Superlux Copag Neo deck also, pretty nice of them.

Very nice, I'm jealous of your United deck! The Neo's are so much fun too, great little add on.

A few packs of instant noodles showed up this week. The bag is HUGE, see? I snatched up some red Caps. Decided to finally add some Bike bridge sized to the collection and was given a casino deck.

Well, I nearly missed out myself. I think the title "card college" threw me off thinking it was for cardists or magicians with something to do about card manipulation. So, I didn't look at it right away. By the time I did check it out, I barely managed to get one of the last acrylic case sets available. I wish I could have gotten the Black Gold Set shown above, but they were long gone along with the Walnut Box Sets. Nice snag tdmagic. I will just have to settle for my acrylic box set and Deluxe Elegant Box Set add-on. If you seen it, below is an image of the boxes opening.



This is another kickstarter where the playing card packaging is where the magic is, rather than the standardish cards themselves.

This week in the collection of Fess. . . Finally decided to pick up a couple of the new mav's. (Yep 2018 are NEW Mavs to me) Infinite Rule arrived, the cello wrap is all, not like I'm used to it's more shrink wrap. Last but not least, the CC Black box sunroof thing is there in the box. I didn't feel like struggling with the snug fit before taking the snap. Needless to say, packed very extremely well.

Yea I picked them up even though this tuck sucks compared to the version this replaced.
I haven't used Mav's in... I want to say at least five years. Last time I used some was at a pancake breakfast with the ole timers. There was syrup and butter all over the place. Mavs were the Perfect deck at the time. A lot of laughs. I like having decks in my collection that are easily accessible for anyone. Relatable decks are always a good thing.
(I still carry one deck of Mav's under the passenger seat of the truck. It's an emergency deck only. I carry more decks in the vehicle but those are in the center console, glove box and driver side door. The sticky situation deck, that's on the floor.)

As part of my "preserve classic B9 finish cards for future generations" project I got a brick of Green Keepers from Ellusionist. I was really surprised that this brick came just 10 days from ordering all the way from USA to my hands! And the shipping was free by the way. :O

Yeah you're right, scared to tear it and thought I was doing it wrong at first! Dying to open one deck to see the tuck case properly but probably never will, got my self one each of the standard decks as well.
