So incredibly jealous of your Elaine Lewis decks. I have a few and would love to get more but I have a hard time pulling the trigger for what they are going for. I do have something of hers that you may not have. She designed a menu for the IPCS annual convention in 2017.

That menu narrowly escaped my grasp a year or so ago

I had added it to my have list as I had no intent on letting it get away, and now it has been gotten, and no small feat it was - market for these is getting harder to find bargains in, to put it mildly…. the Coney Island deck:

In a way I'm glad her art style isn't to my taste, because I would want ALL of these

Don't you worry. I am not getting any Elaine decks that Gandalf doesn't already have, but I'll probably be very picky and choosy when it comes to Elaine's decks (or is this a lie I tell myself to pretend I have a level of self-control).

There was an auction a couple of years ago that had so many of her decks. I regret not being more aggressive and getting more of them.

Yeah, that's where my #1 Alice in Wonderland originally came from, and then the next seller sold it for a $140 profit.

Whoever put those decks on auction had multiple #1s...I wonder if it was Elaine herself.

I ran across this list of Elaine Lewis decks in the Sept. 2019 issue of Clear The Decks -- there are a lot more than I realized

This deck arrived and it is in incredible shape indeed - box, gilding and original instructions included - going to have to get some good pics of these when the chance arises
