I have sent the following message to their customer service. Hopefully others will do the same, it's the only way companies will listen, if ever.

Hello,

While I do appreciate your prompt and courteous response to my emails, I did receive my order yesterday and have to say I'm quite unhappy. I went to go see if I could solve the riddle on the cards, but it turns out that it's already been solved and all prizes given away, before I even received my cards. This, even though I ordered at the earliest time possible!

I've also found out that other customers received free decks as a special surprise. I got a couple stickers.I don't understand (My order was approximately $100).

Combined with the mess-up on the extra card (which honestly, the solution given is NOT appropriate), I'm sorry but you have lost me as a customer. There really should have been an option to hold the order and get refunded prior to shipping, not to gets decks that are "wrong" without notice.

I will also be posting this on the forums where there are already quite a few other dissatisfied customers.

lol..lots of queens..you could make a couple of gaffed decks with those. What do you call those decks where every card is the same? is that the invisible deck? After you use up a couple of decks, slip them in those tucks.

I think it's actually a one way forcing deck if they are all one card. Svengali has every other card the same, and shortened.

You should ask for some.
They're going to be hard to keep crisp and clean.
And that will make them difficult to sell or trade... assuming you'll do that.

recieved my decks today and i´m stuck at this question :

The secret of our most valued member can be revealed in the light of the sun. Those who seek true enlightenment will bask in the glow of what’s to come..

i dont own a UV Light lamp ,and i was looking with flashlight through the box and on the AOS but iam stuck any help would be great

Maybe in the second edition....but i guess it may help the first edition to have more value...

Hello,
I'm Paco and new to this forum. I'm a magician and fairly new into the custom decks topic. Although I spent a fortune on decks for about half a year and the Altruism Deck is one of my favorites. All this information here is new to me. I checked the sides that the blue crown used to have but they are all gone (Now I know why). As I read all the posts I understand that the hunt is over. But as I am using the altruism decks (both normal and snow owl) I would love to know more secrets. What I know so far is not all and I haven't checked the UV-Light yet to see if I can find the word (I don't even know where to look - box or cards). Is it possible that someone sends me some of the secrets?????? I would be more than happy. Thanks a lot in advance.
