after many years on Oaths patreon and recently ended my membership ive decided to join stockholms
seems to me the higher tiers get quite the reward at the end of the year
might be something lotrek should take note of from a artist perspective and not a cashcow business
i just hope oath sends me whats owed and im not chasing

I have definitely enjoyed being a Stockholm17 patron over the years. There are like 80 that are just Pip members. They are getting a shot at 40 extra Queens sets. I managed a few years ago to get an extra set that way before he set up Aces. I didn't have the gumption to get a second Patreon account just to get an extra set until a double set was available. Two sets is fine for me.

Also, he will be making a non-Patrons version of his anthology book, that ought to be a must have. It is going to be really thick. He had to go with thinner paper than he initially wanted because it would have been crazy thick and heavy. As it is, shipping will be expensive to get those out the the top tiers.

Lorenzo posts frequent updates and works in progress for his patrons. He is also consistent in communication about and delivery of the annual reward package. You know exactly what you are getting, no need to frequently ask other supporters WTF is going on?

No shade to Lotrek's patrons intended. I just have a different level of risk tolerance.

That's one that I'm definitely interested in. I am in the Jacks tier so I don't have one coming in my reward package. I'm trying to decide whether to buy the poker-sized Cyclopeans in the meantime.

The specific threads for his decks and campaigns are more active. But as said, because of his consistency, there doesn't need to be much discussion about the patreon. The great majority of discussion in the Lotrek patreon thread is about delays and issues.

I think he realizes the burden and financial loss of shipping the metal stands for free to Patreons after he receives them, when he could have shipped them along with Patreon's packages if he received them early on. So this way he only has to ship one package later instead of two separate packages. And there are a lot fewer Patreons to accommodate compared to everyone who wants to order one.

Anyone know why the price on these items is higher in the Patreon bundles than when sold seperately on Friday? For example, the Anthology LTD700 deck cost me $51 in the Queen bundle breakdown, but it sold individually today for only $40.

It was $50, but I used my Kings discount to get it for $40

I also know he had mentioned in his Patreon post why the price for a Queen/King bundle was expected to be slightly more expensive than if you were a patron for that tier throughout a year.

because regular patrons had to pay some taxes to Patreon on their monthly fee.

Thanks for the explanation. The extra cost isn't too much higher, and it's worth getting all these decks in one batch instead of trying to accumulate them. And it beats the alternative...the dreaded eBay prices.

I just wanted to let you know that I had a very limited run of cases made for the Anthology Patreon Edition book as well as some Wind Watcher Tower cases. The Anthology cases are 30 each and the WW Tower Cases are 22 each plus shipping. Here are some pics for reference (sorry about the sideways ones).

Please note that the Anthology cases will be shipped via USPS medium priority boxes at a minimum, which is about 16USD for the US. International shipping may be prohibitively expensive, but if you are interested, let me know and I can see what the shipping costs would be for whatever you wanted to order.
