Now, THAT is some high praise!
Tip o' the hat to you, Kevork, even if it is a couple days now past your birthday. Remember, you're not getting older. You're getting much, much, much older.

Re: Tragoedia Macbethi Playing Cards - Experience the Tragedy of Macbeth
I know this has been discussed before and you are resistant to doing it, but I do think you can lower the minimum needed to successfully fund not only by going with a less expensive but still excellent manufacturer like WJPC or Legends, but also you could consider just going with the limited edition...

It's possible there wasn't very much discussion here because Alex didn't even drop by here to mention that voting was open. I'm sure someone else probably did, but I know *I* missed any opportunity to nominate or vote, so there wasn't really much to discuss. For me. YMMV. I agree with your analogy a...

Several of us are reaching out to Alex in good faith, and hopefully we will find him before too long. Crickets, I'm assuming, hu? Unfortunately, yes. Crickets. I'll still throw out a ping here and there, but I really have no way to predict or anticipate what happens next. As others have noted, Alex...

Re: Morpheus - The King of Dreams by Charmie Dreams The Cat
CDtC is so freakin' unique and so amazingly good. I rarely go in for boxes and presentation, but holy cats, the Eye of the Kukulkan -- I got the full box treatment on this one, and was stunned at how much better it was in reality than the hype that promoed it. The cards *are* playable, although they...

Most Backerkit projects let you change your initial tier if you're not trying for an EB or the like, and I'm thinking I'm going to want to switch from the EB for 1 each to the 2 each tier. I can't recall if I added the Claw and the mini to my KS pledge, but I'm working under the assumption those opt...

These have done well in the past, and he's been a reliable producer. I'm just a wee bit surprised this hasn't gotten more traction. (Haven't looked at the pricing, though, so not sure if that's a factor.)

Re: Draconian Crimson by Randy Butterfield
This deck is totally screaming for foil. The Draconian coins were simply off the hook with the design and the 3D effect. I suspect if the tuck were embossed and foiled (gold and crimson?), and the cards were also foiled (either gold and crimson *or* cold foil on the gold and crimson, both on front a...

Mad props to you, VI, for having the class to wait until you've totally shipped out the one project before starting the next. So many other producers don't, and that can be very frustrating.

I just got these decks yesterday, and I don't know if I am crazy or not, but these feels so good in the hands. Shuffling with these is a dream. I'm not great in my knowledge of card stock, but whatever this is, I want more decks like it. That's been my experience with this deck, as well. These are ...

Dude. I always enjoy your photos. This particular deck was one that intrigued me greatly but that doesn't quite fit with my collecting tastes, so I'm super happy to see the results here. Under other circumstances, I'd totally have picked up a silver and gold gilded set like you did. Your photos do t...

Yes, well written, Gandalf. Nonetheless, I opened up the treasury deck as soon as I received it and, om nom nom, that was delicious. Brilliant work. Love, love, love it. A proud addition to my collection. Oh, and the new-card-smell of this deck! Mmmmm.... All that said... the smiling Joseph Stalin i...

That being said, the only deck I wasn't really impressed with was Brut. However, I still want the tarot to complete my collection 🤣 You're looking for the Brut Tarot?
