Can't wait to see what kind of interactive sarcophagus tuck they come up with.

Definitely count me in for this one. I love Egyptian themes, and am stoked to see the creative packaging for this.

I swore off ARK but depending on the final art for these I may be in.

At least up until the version that I really want comes in a $6000 wood gold lined display case.

One of the deck will be using the Mystery Finish, previously seen in Halidom & Devildom

Count me in! I'm really excited to see what kind of innovative gimmick they'll incorporate into this deck. The element of surprise and creativity that gimmicks bring to card designs always adds an extra layer of excitement. Can't wait to be impressed by their clever and unique approach this time around!

This deck feature will likely be behind a leather box paywall or the like, unfortunately. Cool concept and brilliantly executed. I believe this is similar to what Lotrek was trying to achieve with "micro embossing."

Annoying paywalls aside, I have to give Ark credit for always delivering on their decks. They are always on time, and keep very good contact with updates. Their outer fancy boxes are nice, but just increase the shipping costs and take up way too much room in my office. I wish they did some decks that are not in these mega-boxes for once. It may even increase their sales numbers. But who am I to say anything? They obviously have found a formula and are sticking with it as long as it works. Anyways, I am also a sucker for the Egyptian-themed decks. Can't get enough of them!

The past 2 campaigns offered a standard deck without a boxset.

those are the standard decks though, where's the fun in a standard deck?

Do we really need to rehash the economics of selling these small runs of limited edition cards every time :? I guess we'll leave it with the infamous "can't make everyone happy"

If I just want that one deck, but I'd have to pay $50+ to get it when it would be cheaper without a box, then yes, I tend to be grumpy Kevork. I'm still adapting to the ARK that is listening to community's needs.

Judging from the last two campaigns: where the Standard is offered as a standalone deck without the fancy schamncy gift box… i deduce that this Blue foil MIGHT be on the second tier, which will be paired with a Champagne (Black n White in very standard box)z No more leather box till now haha.

TMI:
While I am happy that they finally did a standalone deck edition, somehow they managed to lure me in with the double deck gift box XD. More prominently, ARK managed to get me since Halidom & Devildom

It often seems to me that Ark muddy their cards with too much detail

Honestly, I am kinda digging these. I am more interested in seeing the rest of the cards and tuck before I commit.

The Jacks of this deck: and if you know me, you can guess which one I favor the most!

From Left to Right:
Anubis (JS) - Horus (JH) - Sobek (JC) - Khnum (JD)

These two pics are the box for the deck. It is hidden in the shadows, so pretty much they are teasers of what's coming:

I took these snapshots for a quick edit on Photoshop, and voila!

DAYUM! Everything hits right for this deck - definitely taking the theme very seriously

After looking back at the picture of the jacks, I worry about muddied artwork when the courts are lacking contrast with the detailed background. We'll see how it turns out, but I won't be jumping into this excitedly. I admire the intricacy but the execution is what is in question.

As things are starting to get more revealed, means they are close to have the project launched. Here is the clearer picture of the expanded tuck box.

How come the Angeldom and Devildom decks were offered so cheaply during the pre-order? I would continue buying more of their lovely decks, but the price is a bit too high.

To increase a form of FOMO.

Just like how they showcase screenshots on eBay of their decks:

“Folks, you must get them on Kickstarter, or else, look at these, they fetched up expensive prices”

In reality, these are what folks in China would do - yes, ARK once said to me, that most that would get their decks, are in China, and they just get the decks and then resell them for higher prices

The tuck boxes are truly remarkable, but I personally believe that highlighting their resale value on eBay may not align well with effective marketing strategies. As someone who purchases cards as a hobby and appreciates the art rather than viewing it as a business opportunity, I tend to prioritize the enjoyment and aesthetic value they bring.

I'm sorry...what does FOMO mean? Trying to get deck collectors "in the door" by offering a cheaper price?
