Is Lotrek's shipping of the SANCTISSIMUS deck delayed?

I placed an order on December 16 for the SANCTISSIMUS deck directly from the site oathplayingcards.com (payment by PayPal)... The site administrator stated that I would obtain my tracking number within 24 hours and yet I I have had no news since then (today December 27). Is it common to not have any news? I've noticed that the site administrator isn't responding to my other requests for information...I'm concerned.

I ordered as well - no shipping info yet - which is normal. I wouldn’t be concerned.

I checked the original email from December 14th - it said

“The decks are ready and will start shipping in about a week from today.
(I know you don't believe that but I had to try...)”

So I would expect them to ship shortly

Welcome to UC. I am not sure what is going on with Sanctissimus decks. I did get some extra Redemption V decks in the mail last week from Lotrek (full set shown below).

The Sanctissimus player decks just went on sale a couple of weeks ago. I tend to take a really long view with Lotrek on getting my orders...really, really long view. That said, these are the players and test decks, so maybe faster than usual? I don't know. I am looking forward to the hot foiled Collectors versions that will be Year 3 Patron rewards...that will arrive....will arrive...will arrive in due course of course.

In the meantime I finally opened one of my Icons Celestial Edition (Redemption V) decks. Nice stuff.

considering lotrek is running a business through his website tracking should be provided but never is
not understanding why you have to “write” him if you want it when it should be provided automatically to each placed order

also the sheer fact shipping hasnt commenced goes to show you this was another presale with decks still being made
the amount of excuses this guy has is running out
why tell us something is gonna ship but never does for weeks
i guess christmas holidays run in Greece for 6weeks from Dec1/Jan15 with a presale in between

I don’t know who the “administrator” was that said tracking was arriving in 24 hours, but that was obviously incorrect and certainly doesn’t sound like Lotrek.

The original email said “about a week”, and that is when I expect them to ship

I got my shipping notice with tracking today from an order placed on the 14th of December

In his space-time, "a week" usually equals "a month".
You'll get used to it.

Question:
I am currently finalizing a French Tarot deck (not for divination!) but the game that is played in France... This game attracts 5 to 7 thousand players each year for their National Championship.
Do we have a place where this type of deck (tarot deck cards) could be featured in this forum or is it just for the poker style of play?

You can post in the Custom Deck Drafting Board if you'd like to show your work in progress, especially in the early stages.

If it's close to completed, you can post in the New & Custom Decks section. Tarot decks get posted in there from time to time, especially if they stand out.

I received my SANCTISSIMUS deck on February 6 and I am very satisfied with it. The quality and beauty of the cards as well as the finish of the tuck case exceeds my expectations... The shipment was perfectly packaged. In conclusion, a good purchase! Only communication with the distributor could be improved...
