[ebay] S17 Net Ent

Unread post by traaaf »

Not mine, but just noticed it. There are definitely some people here that will be interested in it. Probably rarer than the Crown 17.

For those curious, here is a explanation that Lorenzo posted a while ago on the deck's background. I think he posted a longer explanation with pics on his patreon at one point as well.
The story of this deck in a few words.
Illustrated by multiple artists (me included, the tuckbox is my design plus a few cards) from and for the company Net Entertainment AB, based in Stockholm.
It was supposed to be given to clients as gift.
1000 units printed in Sweden by Offason.
Only the cards are wrapped in plastic, the tuckbox was not because printed by another company.
As far as remember the majority of the decks went to Malta, a few dozens remained in Stockholm for employees and a mini reserve that went forgotten I guess. Employees come and go.

The price for this will be astronomical! Too rich for me but I would love to have it in my collection!

I would prefer the winner be someone unafraid to open the deck and share the cards with us, unless that's already documented somewhere?

Too rich for me as well, but a fantastic piece of history.

I'm also 90% sure that bdawg has one that he got from Lorenzo in exchange for the Crown 17 #17 that he traded back.

Ah yes, the type of friend you forget to invite places. I had a sneaking suspicion.

A friend mentioned at least the auction started off at €1.

All I know is if this was when I first started collecting, I would've had this deck

Congrats to the winner.
