Deck stands can be made from old cassette boxes. Just glue at joints of lid and lean the lid full back. Let it dry. Do not use cyanoacrylate glues as they fog clear plastic.
This stand is also suitable to hold cards while performing magic.

In this day and age, it might actually be easier to find playing card stands over cassette cases.

Triangular plastic parts at sides of cassette box lid can be cut flush with a razor saw to hold two decks side by side.
