Latest score from the local Goodwill:
Top row: Bicycle Watermelon RJRTC, Aviator Carlton is Lowest
Bottom: G.I. Joe, Oregon Coast, Oregon
All sealed except Oregon. I don't know why this 'Will has such a good selection. Not all do. I was in the Portland Goodwill on Thursday and they had exactly nothing. Maybe OSU students play a lot of cards?

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
Some recent decks I have picked up since being back in Asia...
These are from a shop in HK, not the cheapest, but still got them at a decent price and am happy with the purchase

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
There are from my China sources (excluding the Royal Bee, which I showed in the thread) and the Ginza Itoya is from a friend that was in Japan...the yellow deck is the knock-off Saturn deck that created by a shop in China and produced by USPCC (before they realised it was Jose Morales' design)...I have added a photo of the back

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
My final post I have to give credit to Flashcards for making me aware of this deck...it isn't very special, but very funny/strange ...I was only able to get a few; enough for myself (the opened deck), one for Jeff as promised and one as part of my donation to next year's deck of the year awards.
Apparently, the police in a province of China decided to make 5 decks of playing cards (bridge size) with the top 260 most wanted people on the cards and gave them out to the public...only in China.

Sherman,
What do you think of the Empire Keepers? I think it's a very decent deck for $2.

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
I am definitely no cardist or magician, so I am no expert in regards to stock, finish and how well they perform, but they seem to fan decently out of the box and and the stock is softer compared to the other Taiwan printed decks, making them very easy to shuffle. They are definitely not as slippery as a USPCC deck and the cards seem to stay together in packets better. You can tell that they are from the Taiwan factory as they have the exact same smell as my Draconians. Overall, for 2 bucks a deck, I definitely think that the Empire Keepers will give the basic Bicycle deck a run (or 'ride') for their money!PrincessTrouble wrote:Sherman, What do you think of the Empire Keepers? Woo, hoo! Nice job, Sherman. Now that is what I call a rare deck, though I doubt that it will have much resale value. I'm tickled you were able to locate them. You're a .

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
It's been a good week...card-wise, at least:
Top Row: Le Chat Rouge with swag. (I love swag.)
Middle: Nouveau and Bourgogne (It's been kind of a French themed week)
Bottow: Virts SS2016 (I don't usually buy in bulk these decks are so much fun to play with that I had to get extra.)

A box full up with stunning arrived. I was able to pick them up from the post today. These beauties called for a sharing a couple snaps. Yea, I got the stink eye for burning paper in the house.
TL:DR It's completely up to you.

Re: The "Hey, look what I added to my collection!" thread
These came in yestarday:
That one is a Grimaud deck, a pretty good looking. I like those pips! Ivan if you are reading this, that one is the other Grimaud deck I added to your contest prize in the last minute. Unopened one coming for you of course.
That one is a 2004 printed reprint of an old Hungarian deck originally printed in 1965. Looks a bit similar to Natalia Silvas Russian Folklore deck.
I got both of these from Naipes Zacas online store. I'm happy that I got 'em! They look like bridge size in the pics but both of them are poker size.

Ok, I see that it isn't showing on a mobile device, but it is showing if you're using a laptop, desktop, or workstation.

Nope can't see anything on my computer... I think your links must be pointing to images on your own device and obviously those links would only work for you. let me go check
Edit It seems you are trying to link images directly from your google mail account... Obviously we don;t have access to your account hence we cannot see the pics
