Great deals on ebay!

Unread postby Räpylätassu » Thu May 18, 2017 8:23 am

This is the anti people on crack on ebay thread, this is a thread dedicated to decks that are on good price on ebay. Simple really: If you see a deck that is sold "under the market value" on ebay and you don't mind others getting the wind of it, post it here so perhaps a fellow forum member can snatch it up!

http://m.ebay.com/itm/142365163312

An unopened Grimaud 1900 deck for 25 dollars. I have seen opened ones go for over 30 bucks, some ask for an unopened 1900 deck over 60 dollars. A small thing to notice: My 1900 deck was printed on 1980 If I remember correctly. However all of my older Grimaud decks, such as Bataille de Nancy (1977) and older versions of the Versailles deck have the same kind of bottom on the tuck box as that 1900 deck has. The one I have has the newer looking bottom on the tuck box as well as the Versailles decks that were printed in the 80's. So I believe that deck which is on sale is an older print than the 1980 printed 1900 deck that I own. Personally I have no need for another one, but I think that some of you should buy that deck the instant you see this.

Correspondances deck by Grimaud. Printed in 1985, 100 % custom with cool art. This guy has three sealed for 6 euroes per deck.

Edit: Make that two. Couldn't resist.

Another 1900 deck by Grimaud. Different seller than the one on the opening post, same asking price for 25 dollars. The one on the opening post was the 1979 version with French court indexes (V, D, R), this one is the 1980 version with "normal" court indexes.

This caught my eye today. An unopened Hanafuda deck from Japan, printed pre-1970s. Asking price 35 dollars.

I don't know much about these, but if anyone is looking for an old Hanafuda deck then that one seems to me like a boat to jump on.

Edit: Sold. Was it somebody here? :D If yes and that person is going open it, I would like to see pictures.

Here's a couple Russian custom decks from the same seller

These are actually pretty damn cool, no idea on the quality as the only one I have even seen before is the Vladislav Erko one.

Pair of Extraordinary Voyages for 10 USD. Custom decks from 2013, I honestly didn't know about these until I googled them.

Edit: Message completely done over.

The same seller who had those three Correspondances by Grimaud has put two more for sale. Same price for 6 euros per deck. I wonder how many he/she has of these? Again, great deck for a great price, this seller is asking 30 USD for the same deck.

Thanks for the info on Extraordinary Voyages. I Googled it as well and then jumped on it. The pair with shipping was cheaper than what the creator wants for the decks alone. I appreciate you finding these great deals...now please stop. My budget can't stand up to these amazing impulse buys. :D

Moomin Hanafuda

2 available, if you enjoy Moomins, get the other one left :D

Edit: I am a god damn idiot, literally couple of scrolls away, same item with 20 euros cheaper.......... I really hope that there is an Edward the Booble card and also a Groke card. That would make paying 20 euros too much a little less annoying...
