Backed 3 decks. International shipping prices were reasonable/excellent.

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
So, somehow my brain clouded over the notion that these are actual characters from someone else's world. Any concerns about copyright infringement here? (I don't recall if you can copyright characters' names, but I think with names and likenesses, you're very likely treading all over Mr. Gaiman's intellectual property....)
Wish I'd brought this up sooner, in case it needs to be addressed.

This was my concern as well, but the art is so good I'm probably gonna wind up picking up a deck or two.PrincessTrouble wrote:I would back if it weren't NPCC. Bummer.

Neil Gaiman and his books inspired me to create this deck, but I didn't use any names of his characters. All the characters and their names in my deck are fictional.rousselle wrote:So, somehow my brain clouded over the notion that these are actual characters from someone else's world. Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
Hoping a 3rd stretch goal is a printer upgrade?? If not, at least this deck is reasonably priced, considering all the bells, whistles and printer.

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
Only issue of this project is the poor printer company, other than that is one of the best decks on KS lately.
@Creator: Could you consider revising the artwork so you could incorporate some traditional aspects of playing cards, like Suicide King (KoH), One Eyed Jack (JoS [already one eyed!] and JoH), One Eyed King (KoD). If you could incorporate this changes in the deck it would be perfect!
Maybe he could even consider printing one deck with USPCC and the other with NPCC or other lesser company.

Yeah, hope that the creator can consider this upgrade if the goal hits a certain value.vasta41 wrote:Hoping a 3rd stretch goal is a printer upgrade?? If not, at least this deck is reasonably priced, considering all the bells, whistles and printer.

I'm thinking of more stretch goals, but in any case I'm a man of my word and I never swap horses crossing the river
Thank you for the ideas about the deck design, maybe I'll revise some details.

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS! (wap)
If you started with a pony but can now switch to a Clydesdale I think you'd be foolish not to. Here's an animal analogy for you- if you're going to be a bear, be a grizzly! I guarantee you that if you were to post about changing printers that not 1 of your current 283 backers would complain. And no one would accuse you of not being a man of your word. Either way I'm a proud backer.Sviatoslav Pashchuk wrote:I'm thinking of more stretch goals, but in any case I'm a man of my word and I never swap horses crossing the river

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
So the main reason I backed this deck was because of Gaiman and the Stardust mythology. Since basically this deck has nothing to do with both those things, I decided to back out. Your art is very good though . I wish you luckSviatoslav Pashchuk wrote:Neil Gaiman and his books inspired me to create this deck, but I didn't use any names of his characters. Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
Who will be handling the fulfillment (packaging and shipping) of this project?
This is my only remaining concern on this first-time succeeding Kickstarter project.
I'll feel a lot more comfortable if a well-respected Fulfillment company is going to make sure these get packed and shipped correctly.

Will, I'm responsible for the fulfillment of this project and of course I'm the most concerned that the pledges get packed correctly and shipped on time. I'll pack and ship everything by my own in order to control everything.WillHart CthulhuWho1 wrote:Who will be handling the fulfillment (packaging and shipping) of this project?

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
This extra card is AWESOME! One little thing I notice is the title at the bottom. Does it read "Blact Heart"? I'm assuming it's "Black Heart"? The font for the letter "k" and "t" look very similar and a bit confusing. ...in my respectable opinion.

Re: GOLDEN AGE now LIVE on KS!
Feel free to ignore this entirely. While I like the art I don't like the deck and haven't backed.
That extra card is super tacky to me and undermines the overall quality of the deck, in my opinion.

Hooray! We did it! You did it! Your support was tremendous, I really didn't expect that the result would be so amazing!
So, welcome to next project- viewtopic.php?f=15&t=10512" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
This is the first card of my new deck dedicated to the Mexican War of Independence. It is a sketch version, the work is in progress.

Insane!! It almost looks like it has real gold ornaments on it!!
NPCC is a crap regarding playing cards, but they sure know how to do great tuck boxes..

My deck arrived a couple of days ago. Not the best packaging, but it came dent free and undamaged.
Don't know what I can say that everyone does not already know... Great looking deck, great looking tuck box, I guess.

Lucky for most of y’all that have received it already! Seem like there was some delayed in the December shipment that’s heading to the U.S. I’m still waiting and waiting for mine!!
