anchor deck on KS from Ember Waves

Hi all, don't know if this post violated any rules here - if so, please help delete it!

Ember waves created couple projects on Kickstarter, and I backed one of them - the Anchor playing cards. Since then, there was no response no update and nothing. I checked his other projects prior to this one, seems no updates and super long delay as well. Does any of you encounter the same issue in Kickstarter? And is there a way to get the refund?

Only way to get a refund is to contact the creator or take him to court.

Yeah, pretty much that. He's done so many and been possibly a little crass, but in the past has delivered. No idea what's up this time. Could be just really late and bad communication.

For the record, this is the project in question.
