I love the backs on this one but a little disappointed at the custom courts..

I'm wondering what makes that cool shimmering effect, is that some type of metallic ink on the back and tuck? Or am I being played with some lighting trickery?

At only $9 per deck I can only imagine that there isn't foil on the cards so I would think it's either a lighting/photo effect and/or metallic ink.
