Krazy Kats 2nd edition now LIVE on KickStarter

Some of you who have been around for a few years may remember Krazy Kats from DL Designs (Robert Tomlinson's now ex). She just relaunched the 2nd edition which originally was a joint effort with a proposed new Krazy Dogs (original project). The Krazy Dogs apparently will also be re-launched on it's own sometime today.

Past deck was printed by MPC I believe, not sure if that will be the choice again or maybe go with the printer Robert has been using lately.

She also launched a card game project under a new separate account and pledged for it herself, which is questionable. And now is launching Krazy Dogs today as well. Also nothing new here, it's just a reprint of a previous deck. Pass

Well technically it is a 2nd edition because as the project states "Second Edition will feature new krazy cats!". I also asked that question in the prior failed project with the dogs and her response then was "The 2nd Edition will have a few different cats." So yeah, not sure exactly what that all means, but outside of my style and since I already have the first one not enough here to get the 2nd.

Here's the odd and probably sketchy thing, I actually watched/skipped through the video (should have redone that first part...) and noticed at the end she has a render of the deck with Bicycle logo. Obviously no way to get that done on a $1,200 goal, maybe as a stretch goal, but zero mention of it. Misleading at best. Really the entire campaign is just not very professional and lacks any kind of detail, but I don't care enough to try and correct or get details.

That comes from their original first project that failed. They seem to just be taking stuff from previous projects with nothing new so far.

Yeah, I pretty much feel the same way. However, if he's able to back her projects I'm not going to hold a huge grudge myself. However, it does raise additional questions in my mind and still makes me irritated, I certainly will limit future backing to a minimum myself.

I wouldn't say given the circumstances of their breakup. Its more the way she handled the remaining decks. She blatantly undersold them just to ensure he wouldn't get any of the money for them.

I've gotten several KS updates about her new projects. I'm not sure whether the rest of this community are aware but I'm sure most UCers won't her.
