I never received mine although the tracking showed me it should have been delivered Did anybody else have this problem?

If the post office says the item was delivered, but you didn't receive it, you should contact both the post office and the shipper *without delay* to try to track down where the package was actually delivered. With each passing day, it gets harder to track down, and harder to get a refund or re-shipment from the sender.

I have the same problem here. I tried contacting both the local post office and DB site, but the 2nd parcel seems to be lost.
Oddly enough, 2 parcels ordered on the same day. One arrived and the other one is late in registering as delivered (delivered and not arrived).
I'll contact DB site for help again.

Hey it could be the case when your parcel has been delivered to the customs (ZOLL), tracking can show this as beeing delivered. - can take up to 5 weeks depending on the customs office which is handling the parcel. You can call your local customs office if they are holding any package for your name.
Some are fast, some are slower then others. Now during winter many people get a flue or are on holidays which means shortage on personal, which slows things down even more.
