Did I just watch a home movie or a sales pitch?

$40,000?

Pledge - $15 for stackers
Pledge - $25 for stackers and a deck of Bicycle cards.

Everything is terrible.

I think the idea is fine, but the costs are tremendous! Why would they need $40,000? I assume those are just injection molded plastic, they can't possibly be that expensive to produce. At the $45 level, taking out the cost of a deck of cards you are looking at the better part of $.75 per piece! I'd think something like that would have a cost of pennies, even marking up to perhaps $.20 would be generously profitable.

Needing to spend $150 to get a decent number of the things is a bit extreme.

This project hit 65k. And the Skallops look much better.
