You may want to contact Eddie from Gamblers Warehouse and see if he can help in getting hold of the project creator. You will see a few posts from GW in this thread itself.

If not, then you may want to contact your credit card company and file a complaint to get the charge reversed. Hope it helps.

I Too Want a Full Refund of the $90 I Paid for Bicycle Imperium...

But I'm really stuck at this point trying to do anything I can to recover my money.

Is contacting Eddie at Gambler's Warehouse still my best bet to try for contact information?

Will - This is sad to hear.

I reckon contacting Eddie might be your best bet as I assume you'd have already tried to contact the creator multiple times by now.

This was supposed to be a very good project. I thought it was coming back though I got my refund from back then.
