I like the Crimson deck. This reminds me of the Ninja vs Samurai deck (which was also done by Scott). Looks like you can put these two tucks together also.

And, congratulations on turning this idea into a reality. Here's to your success in getting it funded!

Re: Bicycle Court Wars now live on Kickstarter
It is amazing when it is your project how much you watch to see how the funding is going.. The start was pretty good but wow what a slow down already. A big thank you to all backers, I really appreciate it. Hopefully for those on the fence and not sure, you will have a change of heart but I understand of course with the gazillions projects this is not for everyone
Let's see what happens in the coming days

Have you chatted with our friends at Kardify to see if they'd be interested in putting together an article about your project?badpete69 wrote:It is amazing when it is your project how much you watch to see how the funding is going.. Oh, and in other news, yes, the project info now lists me as #2 instead of #1. Like Avis used to say, I'm number two. Why try?

Unfortunately i`m one of those who has not pledged. the reasons for this is that i backed 2 Scott King projects in the past...he was selling the decks through e-bay & resellers Months before i even got mine and a lot cheaper as well...creators selling the decks before fulfillment is finished is a Big NO-NO for me.
This brings me to my second reason for not backing and why you shouldn`t worry about getting funded, Like all Scott King projects, you probably are going to release a Limited Edition or should i say "Tuck swap", and then a Super limited Edition or should i say "Tuck swap", and then a Super-duper Limited edition again another "Tuck swap"....creator adding $5-$20 on to the same cards just because the tuck is different is again a big NO-NO for me.badpete69 wrote:Let's see what happens in the coming days
so it`s nothing personal, there are some creators that i just don`t back and Scott King is one of them.

Re: Bicycle Court Wars now live on Kickstarter
I am currently backing but i'm going to agree with these statements. I'm certain this would have probably funded by now if it had been done by one of the more respected designers like Randy or Lorenzo as opposed to Scott, just my opinion. I would be surprised if there weren't limited edition tuck swaps for this one nor if it ends up funding because they seem to get additional backing towards the end of their projects.Jock1971 wrote:Hi there badpete69.badpete69 wrote:A big thank you to all backers, I really appreciate it. Re: Bicycle Court Wars now live on Kickstarter
Actually Victor there won't be any tuck swaps as you may have seen the project is now canceled. I personally want to thank all of the supporters out there but this project wasn't in the cards (pun intended) I guess. I know a few friends I had reached out to before the campaign said they would help but unfortunately many were absent (for diverse reasons). In any case it was fun to try (Thank you Scott for the chance). There are no immediate plans to relaunch so for now i will stick to buying decks instead of trying to produce them
Again a big thank you to those who have supported us

Re: Bicycle Court Wars now live on Kickstarter
Would you consider an MPC-produced deck?
Either way, it was a noble effort. Sorry it didn't work out. I was pulling for you!
