Certain elements of the run decks, the large diagonal stripe, but completely different theme, and a lovely back design.

One thing though, as much as I like the front of the tuckbox as a design, i dont think its a good "front of tuck" theres no indication of name etc. Maybe less is more in this case, i hope you pursue simpler alternatives for the front

The partly cut off circle design doesn't really work with borders IMO.

Apart from that, this looks like another great design from GW :)

I agree. I like the first one. Looks like a big fat poker chip with the elements right side up and pointing toward the center.

Well damn, if its an EPCC tuck, then that means the cards will be hard to put back in because of the tucked-in bottom flap (when are they ever going to fix that horrible design flaw?), at least its not a side tuck. Having said that, its a very pretty tuck! It looks like the love child between the Zenith and Run decks.

Psh, all foil tuck? Been there, done that...

Oh, who am I kidding? Looks fantastic! Gimme. Gimme. :)

Second sinjin, latest EPCC decks have been pretty disappointing in the tuck department. People shouldn't have to shake the cards out like it's ketchup.

Wow. Nice tuck.

Loves me some EPCC.

Soooo... when do we seem some courts? Will there be foil or metallic inks on the fronts or backs of the cards to similarly *pop*? You know, in keeping with the "Alloy" theme? :)

This is live.

One of the stretch goals is "Gilded Holographic Foil Edges." What exactly does that mean and, more to the point, look like?

Let's hope the amethyst is purple and not black. I'm just kidding- cheap joke. In all seriousness these look great and even though I missed the EB pair I'm still excited to get and display these in my collection!

Hey GW

I see that there are 1100 of each color but yet you have plenty of unlimited pledge. let's assume this project takes off and you get pledges for 2500 decks what do you do then?. Will you count decks pledged for and start closing levels if you get close to 1100

Yes we will as soon as soon as we figure out that 75 percent are sold.
As per our experience with Black Spirit Decks we sold around 800 decks on kickstarter. We still had 300 left out of which 100 were sold during backerkit.
So hopefully everything will be as projected.

Folks, I added the project tracker to the OP. Remember to use the updated kickup macro instead of the old kickstarter macro like this:

Code: Select all

[kickup][/kickup]
(auto build button is just to the right of the old kickstarter macro. The old one still works best if you post the monopole after funding...

Eddie, are the gilded decks going to be real 23.5k instead of flashed film like USPCC gilt decks?
