Here's what it says:
"LIMITED TIME OFFER
Until Midnight EST Sunday, Get 50% Off Bricks of Fathom (first of the Origin Series), when you purchase a brick of 12 Ignite decks.
Ignite has been carefully matched with the design and tones of Fathom to create dramatic contrast in color changes and flourishes. Get your Bricks Now.
The second release in the Origin Series, Ignite Playing Cards captures golden flames, glowing embers and the smouldering black char of a scorching inferno.
From the blazing ace of spades on the front of the box, to the world of flames on the back, there is no mistaking the theme of this deck.
Featuring line-art embellished pips, court cards colored in the orange glow of a dying hearth, and polarized jokers, reds and blacks in contrast, for a color-change illustrating the very name of the deck; Ignite.
Conjure the spirit of fire and set your performances alight. "

Anyone else feels the cards look better burnt ?? Also it seems like they carried on with the crappy tuckboxes over from the fathom series. Not my favourite deck at the moment...

Yeah, I was actually thinking "not bad" when I saw the burnt one...then I scrolled down. They're not terrible but I'm not rushing to get em. I'll buy a pair if Mike stocks them.

Re: Ignite Deck by Ellusionist - Coming Sept 11
Looks like a very cool deck, it reminds me of an orange and red Artifice deck.
Not too sure about the Ace of Spades, I think they could have focused on more sort of thin flames or something, but apart from that, really cool. Cant wait to get them!

"de gustibus non est disputandum"
I don't like Fathom Deck... same with Ignite... for me just too much details on backs...
I love Ellusionist decks but not that one...
Anyway great idea for two kinds of Jokers!

The picture with the burnt ace of spades looks amazing, I was oddly disappointed when I scrolled down to see such a clean design.

Ellusionist got rule that above the limit of 19 decks you can choose only Priority Mail - it is normal price for that amount in International Shipping.

a medium flat rate box (priority mail) is $59.95.michael_chen520 wrote:International shipping is crazy, $70 for 24 decks. anyone can help?
Ellusionist had always high int. shipping prices (even before this years price hike of the USPS)
So basically they´re charging you a extra $10 for handling.

Re: Ignite Deck by Ellusionist - Coming Sept 11
Don't criticize Ellusionist so fast...
Compare to other companies - shipping cost for 1 brick (12 decks) from USA to Europe by First Class Mail (cheapest shipping):
Ellusionist - 32,15$
Dan & Dave - 33$
Theory11 - 34,55$
so I see same price level like others and even can say Ellusionist's shipping cost is the lowest
BTW from all these companies Ellusionist got the best support.

Re: Ignite Deck by Ellusionist - Coming Sept 11
In my experience, T11 has always been the quickest to respond (usually Lyle) and they usually don't bust my chops about replacements for damaged decks (unlike e).BLACKWHITE wrote:BTW from all these companies Ellusionist got the best support.
Ellusionist's ticket system for support is ridiculous - no reason that can't be attached to an account (especially now that you effectively "have" to have an account to use the points, eventually, when the rewards program starts, soon they say, although it's been almost a year....)

Re: Ignite Deck by Ellusionist - Coming Sept 11
I got one of these yesterday and I have to say, the dynamic coloring and borderless approach is really fun to look at. The box is, just like Fathom, completely devoid of any nice features. The cards handle nicely, as you would expect from any modern USPCC deck. I think cardist types will enjoy these a lot, they really pop and are dramatic looking, fans look great with them.

I bet twin or big fans would look GREAT mixed with the Fathom deck. I can't wait for the rest of these series!Encarded wrote:...fans look great with them.
