Drawing a blank, looking for a deck...help?

I forget what the name of this deck is. I believe it is made by Karnival or Big Blind Media, though I am not sure. The deck featured a smiley face on the back with 'X''s through the eyes. This deck was also reintroduced as a two-way back design, featuring the same picture of the smiley face with the 'X''s.

Anyone know the name?

It's probably the best Karnival deck by far because of design. Karnival Dead Eyes is second, I like them because the cards look filthy and nasty.
