Found these on Uncrate.com and thought I'd share. I searched and didn't find a thread on these so if they've been posted, sorry!
I think the idea is pretty cool but not cool enough to be $550 a deck (at least for me). They are printed on (used?) subway tickets.

Agreed, it's definitely a novelty. Probably not something I'd ever play with if I owned a deck.badpete69 wrote:Yeah I have seen those before..I think we might have had a thread also on this deck too pricey for my blood

Holy expensive Deck! ...but then these appear to be a true labor of love for the artiist.
I'd love to see this artwork printed on a normal card stock and sold at a reasonable price, though...

Re: Metrodeck Playing Cards: Complete Deck
Love this concept. But the price is just stupid.
54 "found" tickets with screen printing on each... They should be $150 - $200, tops.

I agree Mo, this is a very clever idea that came out well. I know it is his "niche" using the tickets but if he could translate this deck into a normal deck I think it would go over well.th4mo wrote:Holy expensive Deck! ...but then these appear to be a true labor of love for the artiist.
