$25 for plastic chips that have no real customization is a bit much. If they hit the strech goals it gets more realistic.

Kickstarter... PLAYING CARDS PRINTED ON PLASTIC TOKENS

Unread post by kevg »

Hey everyone,

I'm new to this site. I have a new kickstarter project for which I need your support. It's playing cards printed on plastic game tokens. You can use them for our new game or you can use them for your own purposes.

Here is the link to my Kickstarter page:
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/186 ... ing-tokens

Anything you pledge would be greatly appreciated, but if you pledge at least $25 you will receive a complete set of 54 Playing Tokens (includes 2 Jokers) should I reach my goal.

Thanks!

The plastic tokens are more expensive to produce than you would think, especially with 54 tokens per set. The $25 also includes shipping in the U.S.

Also, lower quantities (ie. only having 500-1000 sets produced for starting out) drives up the price.
