We are actually considering bringing these in. I sent one to Sinjin for his opinion. Once he lets me know what he thinks, I will let you know if we are going to carry them. If we do, it will probably be at a better price than what they are selling them for.

Thanks!

Seems that they only sell to American customers.

On their site they also show a set of cards which has photos of old buildings, which I assume are casinos, on the faces. Are they selling both?

I am pretty sure they are just selling this one. I actually have one deck in my possession and I sent the other to Sinjin.

Thanks!

"THE MOST UNIQUE DECK OF PLAYING CARDS IN OVER 100 YEARS!!!"

Jeez, Hyperbole much?

Translated:

"YET ANOTHER DECK FULL OF SKULLS, SKELETONS AND OTHER (SUPPOSEDLY SCARY) TIRED OLD CLICHES!!!"

Don't get me wrong, I might even buy it (if it comes down in price) but these guys have to have been living under a rock if they think this deck is even the tiniest bit unique.

Totally agree. Just look at the Karnival line. They are clueless and therefore I wouldn't think about spending my money on this deck when better choices abound.

Yup, they are royally playing up the hype with that tagline... there's MANY more decks that are far more unique than that...

So far this site has no shipping options to Canada, refuses to accept any of my credit cards, I tried like 5, and they don't seem to respond to emails either, not really good imo

Sounds like they don't want your business!

Well, aren't you special! :D

By the way, thanks for showing us that "Beautiful Polish Deck" a few weeks back. I got one from the same eBay seller (it was listed simply as "Beautiful Playing Card Deck", IIRC. I also got another Polish deck from the same vendor - an advertising deck for a Polish brewery. Nice courts.

Again, thanks!

You're welcome. I was a bit disappointed with the stock and finish on that Polish deck, though the face cards are very nice looking.

Understood. Not being a cardist, merely a collector, the finish is of little importance to me (other than the fact that some finishes make a deck too "slippery" for a cards to even sit quietly in a stack without spontaneously sliding off of each other, card by card. (GAAAAH!!!)
