I don't hate this. But I do hate the courts. And I loath the fact that 1 deck costs $30, shipped. So a big "Hell no!"

I think the overall design sensibility is strong, and I could live with the courts; with the circular motif I'm not sure figures would work. But the price point is a killer for sure.

I really dislike just graphics for courts. The only deck I can think of that I like that did it, was High Victorian. That is a deck I love, even though it missed that tick mark. It more than made up for it with lots of well-done creative details.

I agree with all of the above comments.

I wish the back design was the same as the design on the back of the box and not the much less intricate randomly blue back that appears to be used.
Not that it matters with a price so high for seemingly no reason I wouldn’t back anyway.

I actually like the back design, though I think the one-way back is an unforced error on the designer's part. The design is simple and crisp enough that I think it would look good in plastic, and it'd be nice to have a knockaround all-weather deck that's a little more stylish than the one I've been rocking. But at $30 shipped it's not to be.JuFiN wrote:I wish the back design was the same as the design on the back of the box and not the much less intricate randomly blue back that appears to be used.

Have you considered the Bicycle Prestige decks (less than $9 on Amazon atm)? Those are the only plastic decks that I own. They have the standard faces, a different (very nice) back design, and feel close to a paper deck.Merlebird wrote:I actually like the back design, though I think the one-way back is an unforced error on the designer's part. Edit: I forgot about these. The tuck and design are rip-offs of Theory 11's Artisan, but they look really nice:
