Corsaires et Pirates in a deck pair printed by Grimaud in 1984 and designed by Jean Bruneau. The two decks are called Corsaires and Pirates, with both having different designed cards by the same artist. I currently only have the Corsaires deck in my collection. The design on these decks is quite nice looking.
There is an unopened Pirates deck being sold here for 25 USD, which is pretty resonable, although you might find one way cheaper, but only if you find it by a French seller (in my experience).
