Got my Mako decks today and I must say this is worst packaging for decks of cards I have ever seen. 3 decks loose in a flimsy plastic bags, no bubble wrap or nothing. Obviously the decks all got dented. Man learn how to package decks Gemini decks; atrocious

Hi,

Some of the Friday orders went out without the protection around the decks. This was due to the mistake in our fulfilment center system.

I have been trying to track down affected orders. All damaged decks will be replaced.

Please email us your order number contact@geminidecks.com and we will send you new decks.

Got my replacement decks today and to my surprise the order came in the same flimsy bags with the decks loose and unprotected inside. Toomas I don't want more replacement decks.. At this point my only advice is please have the person shipping your decks buy some bubble wraps or bubble mailers

I was guaranteed by my fulfilment service provider that this would't happen again.
I have stopped all my sales and they will not continue until i find new fulfilment warehouse.

I'll contact you and issue you a refund for the decks.
