Ryan,
I looked for that deck many years ago and found a guy name Gary Plants that was selling them.. I believe he only had 2 at the time. You will not find them for sale anywhere even on the after market. That's how rare they are.
These decks will stay in my collection for years to come!

They currently are selling one, Australian based selling worldwide, no idea about its progeny though.
