Catalogs and price lists

It would be very helpful if anyone that has any official USPCC catalogs or price lists could help by providing the "official" names of any decks they can. I have only the most recent consumer catalogs (as far back as I can get from the Internet Archive's Way-back machine), and a very old (partial) wholesale USPCC pricelist that the Ohio Historical Society has online.

I assume there have been some sort of pricelists or other announcements sent to wholesalers and dealers over the years that could have some useful information for the PCDB.
