Overall, I am not a fan of deck seals. I understand the need for casinos to have sealed decks (although you can buy the stickers from places like Ellusionist so I'm quite sure how secure they really are). I don't care for the look of a broken seal on a deck- it looks kind of cheap to me. So, I've been removing them completely, which is it's own kind of annoyance. Some stick too much and leave glue residue behind that has be be removed with Goo-off. Some, especially those with jagged edges, tear too easily. And some, like the Venexiana decks that I just got, have numbered seals. And some are just too pretty to throw away. So if you decide to remove them, what are you supposed to do with them? I've come up with a solution that works pretty well for me. I've been removing the interesting looking seals and then re-gluing them onto an index card with the name of the deck. It's not the most elegant solution but it will work for now, until I get up the nerve to just toss them in the trash. I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on these annoying little stickers and your ideas for dealing with them.

Good idea! Very good memorabilia.
