[Gametasia] Gametasia® Cards: 65 illustrated fantasy cards

Unread post by Gametasia »

Gametasia® Cards presents 65 illustrated fantasy cards for playing poker, chess, vocabulary battle and more!

Hello, Mel and Pamela Wayne here. Our company, Gametasia, is completing our custom deck of 65 illustrated cards for a Spring, 2016 release. Featuring five card games: Gametasia Chess, Poker Chess, Poker With Jokers, Eight Treasures, and Vocabulary Battle, each card game is a fast-paced, strategic wagering game of skill and luck that you, your family and friends, can play in 1 hour or less.

Each Gametasia® Card box contains 65 playing cards, plus six rules cards, for a total of 71custom cards. The deck based on a 52-card poker deck with four jokers, combined with 9 Treasure Cards. Each illustrated card measures 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. The 65 Gametasia Cards feature artwork of 47 Extractors …. 9 Utopians … and the 9 treasures of Millennium, a planet located in the Andromeda Galaxy. Millennium is one of the nine planets, along with Earth, that form the Amalgamation.

Besides our cards, we will also offer a custom Gametasia Chess Board, plus a 25-page, perfect-bound book title, Gametasia Card Games: Rules Book, this Spring.

We have found that many people have yet to experience the great games of chess or poker, so our Gametasia Cards include diagrams explaining the basic rules for chess and poker, the ultimate Mind Games. When we say, “Mind games,” we mean that chess is a game of complete information; that is, strategy with no elements of chance or luck, whereas, poker is a game of incomplete information that uses cards to generate random results, allowing luck to influence the outcome of each card hand. By combining the two games of chess and poker, strategy and luck play equal roles in determining the outcomes and the winners!

Each of the fantasy characters and treasures have a name and title at the top of each card. Below the character illustration we list their territory or place of origin. At the bottom of each card you will find the reward for capture amounts and penalty taxes listed below the six chess symbols: pawn, knight, bishop, rook, queen and king. These values, different on each card, range between 1 and 585 points.
Each Gametasia Card reveals a chess symbol in the right-hand column. The 9 treasure Cards have multiple chess symbols.
A letter of the alphabet, with point value, is displayed on the card’s left-hand column. These letters are used in the game of Vocabulary Battle. The purpose of the other symbols and hieroglyphs on the Gametasia® Cards will be revealed in future games to be released in 2016.

We have uploaded all our completed Gametasia Cards for you to review. Please note that we are still in the process of finalizing the character illustrations, so we will be uploading more cards over the next couple of months.

Enjoy our Gametasia Card preview. More to come!

Namaste,
Mel and Pamela Wayne
