I really like the old waddingtons decks, so much character in them.

It's 20 posts per page and the post count is displayed in the lower right ;)

Awesome pictures of a very diverse collection. I'm really enjoying this thread!

Nice decks, Jock! I have a nice pair of mint De la Rue decks I'll have to dig out and show here shortly. They are hard to find here in the states!

There's something about that Alf Cooke deck that I really like. Not so much the back as the ace and joker. Would love to have an Alf Cooke in my collection - do they show up often Jase?
Will you be showing the deck more fully in Worldwide?

Great collection you have going, and I'm looking forward to seeing more. :geek:

Hey jase,

These might interest you http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1945-THOS-DE- ... 2c801f0695, if only shipping out of the uk was cheap and possible. I presume these would be in mint condition, but i have no idea what the cards look like.

Thanks for the info on the Alf Cooke decks Jase. :) I couldn't find the Canasta set at all but I may try logging in on ebay.uk, instead of .ca, to see more.

Interesting that the Boudoir came in a plastic box with a paper sleeve. That's a format used by the Nintendo and Angel playing card companies in Japan, but I don't remember seeing any decks packaged that way otherwise.
