I normally buy only 1 of each deck, but obviously that's not always the case (look at all my extras!!!)
I rarely open decks.

Bicycle is 120 years old - that's a LOT of decks out there...

Yeah, If you go back and look at that list I showed.. there are a couple of dozen "in the marketplace" decks that I don't have(23 as of this minute to be exact). This of course is modern decks.

I'd love to get one of each of the vintage decks.. which is over 100 different decks. I'll most likely never get any, they go for too much money.
But, if I ever did win the lotto... It's very high on the list.

I guess I can post some more stuff while we wait for Sharpie...

It's been pushed back until the start of next month, possibly putting the one next in line if Sharpie's still occupied. So the floor is yours for at least another week

Those are really cool! How did you get those printing plates? Also, did you print the labels on the Acrylic stands, or were you given the option to have something printed as a label and they did the printing for you? The seasons certificate looks really nice, but yeah I agree it would have been better if the number wasn't hand written.

I picked up the printing plates off of Jason Brumbalow when he had a massive sale...






Unfortunately, during shipping they got bent... bad.





















Jason really should have packed them better, but nothing could be done... they were not salvageable.
So, I decided to have a friend cut them into individual plates and I would sell them.
I had shipped all of them to BMPoker to sell on his site, and in exchange i would monitor his FB page. (even though Mike sold BMPoker, you can still see the tab for the plates: http://www.bmpokerworld.com/printing_plates.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
I sold about half of the plates through BMPoker, and then after about 2 months of zero plates being sold.. I asked Mike to send the rest back to me.
I'm glad I did, because about a month later he went off the rails and went on a banning spree.


As for the little deck stands, they came with the printing on them.

Hey, it's been a very long time since I bought them... so no.

But, I sent one of these to Gambler's Warehouse last week. They are going to try to fabricate a better version.

Simply amazing, Jay! Every time I look (every time you show?) at your stuff, I never cease to be amazed! I wish I had half some of the things you've put together...

Love the plates - and the story behind it!

Will certainly be looking out for the deck stands - finding a good source of inexpensive small stands is tricky!

interesting you say that about the hand written number on the certificate - i thought the same, when i saw the hand written number in black marker on the oracle set.

Do all of your vintage Bicycles have the same faces as the modern Bikes Jay, or are there differences? I'm curious as to when the current exact faces actually came into use.
