Kinda a big day for us here in the states, hope everyone is enjoying a tasty beverage, some grilled meat and at least plan to take in some pyrotechnic displays. Happy 4th of July.

Am I the only one here that has phobia of dragonflies? I do not like insects a whole lot but dragonflies completely freeze me and when one gets near I absolutely panic. Oddly enough my mom has the exact same phobia, but I didn't know she had it when I realised that I had it and vice versa.

Anyone else has this or know someone who has?

(Oh and if someone replies to this with a giant picture of a dragonfly then f*ck you too)

I'm on ep. 8 of Luke Cage, which went from kinda interesting to HOLY COW! in ep. 7. And, I'm on ep. 3 of Iron Fist, which is slow cooking, but I'm liking it, anyway, so far. Very much looking forward to Defenders. Definitely can't wait to see some more of Jessica Jones. Boo-ya.

Iron Fist was a slow boil the whole way through. About same pacing as Luke Cage I'd say, but writing wasn't as good IMO. Defenders was good, give it an 8/10

Yeah...I also found Iron Fist to be the worst series if compared to Daredevil, Jessica Jones or Luke Cage. I'd certain better expectations being a native of Himalayas and was looking to see the kind of treatment they'd given to the region. Was disappointed in the end.

I've started watching Defenders and it is looking good btw.

I've started watching Defenders and it is looking good btw.
Finished Luke Cage and liked it. Struggling through Iron Fist (I'm stalled in the middle of episode 5), but started watching Defenders anyway. And watched it all the way through. Very good; very tight. Love the reversals that happen throughout. Some earned emotional moments, and some cool fight scenes. Very enjoyable.
