Hello!
Hello!
Hi, everyone. I'm kind of a new collector-- if you can call it that, since most of my decks haven't arrived yet! I kind of got snared in when I got linked to a deck on Kickstarter (Ritual, I think) and found myself wowed by the look of it. Since then I've been ordering a few more decks that have caught my fancy. I'm not entirely sure yet what I'm going to do with all of these decks of cards, but I'm sure I'll figure out something.

Re: Hello!
Welcome!
I recommend learning some basic cardistry/flourishing, I find that it makes me appreciate my decks more. Especially fans

Re: Hello!
Yeah, I'm thinking that's the best place to start. I'm not very dextrous, but that's something you can work on!

Re: Hello!
Welcome to UC, neongrey, and welcome to the hobby!
I'm pretty new to UC too, but not new to the hobby (collecting playing cards, that is. I don't do cardistry...)
Two great things about being new to the hobby:
1. You have lots to look forward to, and
2. It's far easier to choose your favorite deck in your collection.
