Hey guys I'm Michael from the Netherlands.
I started collecting items from casinos, which also means alot of playing cards besides all chips and merchandise.
Personally I think it's hard to buy nice cards back in the Netherlands as there are just 2 stores which I know of who sell (non-standard or crap) cards. Unfortunately, the stores are too far away for me to visit. As I travel for work, almost all my cards are bought in London.
I'm also backing multiple playing cards kickstarter projects. Shipping costs are high, but theres no other way.

Portfolio52 has been filled with some cards I own and I still should add some new decks to it.

This seller on ebay is from the Netherlands and he might occasionaly have some interesting finds, mostly vintage decks. Nothing that spectacular right now however it seems. Still, he is a guy that you might check out occasionaly, if you are into vintage decks as well.

There are some dutch online shops like Astonish.nl, Magicshop.nl and despeelkaarten.nl but i think their stock variety isn't enough.
And of course, seeing cards and feeling them before buying is always the best
