Hey there

Unread post by ffchn »

Hello,

My English isn't that awesome but i'll try my best haha,

I'm Filipe (like Philip), I'm 18, I live in Brazil, I'm a computer science student and former graphic designer wannabe.

I've been practicing cardistry for about 5 or 6 months. Cardistry in Brazil is VERY unpopular, i guess the community itself is almost inexistent, so, I don't have anyone to talk about hahaha

Collecting decks is very hard around here. Decks are so overpriced by taxes that i rather buy from the US and pay for a $30 shipping for about 8 decks, wait for 2 months and pray for getting free from customs taxes.

So I found UC sometime ago searching about some random things, and today decided to register and introduce myself. I'm looking forward to learn, make friends, try to help some and practice my English too haha

I think I just reached that line in cardistry that i kinda start walking my own legs and creating my own stuff. I'm working in a few things, i guess i'll get them around hare later.

Btw, is there some brazillian folks around?

Thats kinda big but thats it haha. See ya :D

Welcome, Filipe!

I doubt cardistry is less popular in Brazil than in Norway, with a mere 5 million people very few non-mainstream things have any kind of community at all here  I can't remember if we have any brazilians here, but I think we might.

PS. Why is it only the ones with perfectly fine english that are humble about their language skills?

Thank you!

Actually I've found some brazilian guys around some unactive very underground-ish pages, but they were more like the "oldschool XCM" kind, but never found more than that thou, :/
