Calendar & Offers page

Just a couple of small site updates
- THe Offers page has been re-themed to allow for more thing to be offered at once (and generally looks nicer too!)
- The calendar is now available on the WAP theme, so should be accessible from mobile devices. It defaults to the Agenda view on mobile to best use the limited screen realestate.

Can you check the calendar gmail account? It used to auto accept, but one I created the other day it hasn't accepted yet.

I checked teh settings and it should work ok - I just added a test event for tomorrow from my Gmail (my gmail has no special privileges with the UC account...)

OK, well after playing around I think I discovered a Google bug and the account is fine as you say. The problem was for the July 1 Wasteland deck at 7pm. I set it up as a 0 min event and with time conversion it happens at midnight. Changing it to be 1 min long or moving start date and leaving as 0 min event makes it show, but apparently you can't have a 0 min event start at midnight. Workaround is I left at same time and for 1 min duration.

Also up in the main toolbar the calendar has its own little icon now, and I've added an easier way to get tot eh offers page.

I think google tweaked the code - should be fixable without too much trouble - but I'm without internet connection at home for a few days (some issue with the hardline) - but I'll get on it soon (and those paint.net vids too)

Thanks - I'll take a look tomorrow evening - google periodically updates the core script (and its name) - when it does I just need to tell the page to call the new script. should be a quick update!
(Edit: There you go!)

Calendar broken again -
calendar.php
NOTE - Until fixed, it's also available here in 'raw' form, works best if you use agenda view.

Yeah every now and again google renames the script that's called. I can fix it later tonight - I'll see if there's any way to detect by script so we don't need the regular fixes!
Wish me luck haha

OK - kinda working with the API - I need to fiddle with styles to make it look nice - but it's functional!

Sorry for triple post - but if you still see the bullet points on the calendar page you may need to clear your cache.
(On windows machines Shift+F5 will do the trick.)

Nice work, I also like how it now uses the agenda view which is much more useful since we rarely have more than a few on deck!

And now with a tool bar to subscribe to the calendar or quick add deck release events.

Ah, very nice.
Question though, is it really a 'mush' that I have Google Calendar to add a deck?
Small spelling error there on the hover text.

Yes - google is a mush. lol
(Will take a look at the typo when I get back home)

I didn't know about the up to date google calendar until I saw this post.
It is pretty damn useful, thanks for keeping it up to date and working properly.

The UTC time is a little annoying, but
plenty of converters exist. You just need to realize times are in UTC which is mentioned as a footnote.
One good addition since we now have a custom solution as a listing would be to include the description of the calendar entry since it typically includes a link to the forum thread entry for that deck.

I'm actually seeing the correct time in my calendar, at least for one sample.
E.g. Don Quixote is being released "Tuesday at 12:00 pm EST", and I'm seeing that correctly in my calendar at "9:00 am" (I'm in PST). I assume Google Calendar automatically populates the calendar for the appropriate time zone you're in.
I also very much like the description containing a link to the thread, a good time saver.

I had to pick a time zone do display the list on UC and UCT is, well, universal. (And the rest of the board uses it as a standard - GMT anyway, basically the same)
However if you subscribe times will be displayed according to your locality in your own calendar.

Still seeing this:

Cleared cache many times. Any ideas?

It relies on Javascript - so if you have noscript installed or similar it wont work...
What browser are you using?

I get the same result for Chrome, Edge and FF.
I double-checked my Chrome settings and I have "Allow all sites to run Javascript" enabled.
I did notice in the developer tools console the following error: Refused to display '
https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/au ... iaXw4iMjOg' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'SAMEORIGIN'.
After a little further investigation, if I add "?:embed=yes" to the end of the URL "
calendar.php", it works.
