I don't know why...

The iFrames are generated by the google API, as is the Google response header - makes no sense for them to clash, or for it to happen to one person and not others...

I use chrome on PC, but works fine for me in IE11 at work, and chrome on android.

In chrome console errors are limited to a couple of missing icons, and in IE is says access denied to the scripts within the generated iframes, but functionality wasn't limited.

I'll have a play later when I get back to my own computer at home

I think it may to be to do with the way sandboxing works in HTML5 - there is an override to force the target of the iframes to NOT be self using the <base> element. I'll let you know when I can get that in place and we'll go a test!

The other important point is to ensure you access UC at https://unitedcardists.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - which may mean redoing shortcuts. If your are accessing http://unitedcardists.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; scripts may be blocked.

(NB this would also cause very regular forced log-outs as the site redirects you to the secure urls)

Yeah, already using https - made the change to my shortcuts a while ago when you asked us to. So I just tried the calendar now and it is working.

Weird. I haven't changed anything! Put it down to a glitch in the matrix!

Looks like the event calendar is displaying again (thanks!), but unfortunately it's not showing the proper time zone. Apparently it is displaying as UTC. As an example, the House of the Rising Spade event shows on Google in my time zone to be accurate for me at 4pm central. However, when displayed on the site it shows as 9pm (21:00). I don't know if there is a way to force a dynamic update based on the users time zone via profile, probably not though. In that case adding a clear notice that it is UTC would be a good idea since the footer for me says "All times are UTC - 6 hours [ DST ]".
