1500 users and climbing! UC is growing daily...

Unread post by Mike Ratledge »

As of late last night, we had user # 1500 validate their membership here.

I'm likely one of the most strict new user "police" around. I remove anyone after six weeks if they do not post a single message. There's no reason to have them take up space and time every time the user database gets scanned, and between the first user prune and the monthly prunes, I have removed over 800 "dead" users. I could just leave them all, and we would have 2300+ - but. It only slows things down.

These 1500 users are real, participating users, not just taking up space and inflating the numbers.

I had been watching the count grow as well. Glad to see things growing around here. Now if we could get more to donate.
Feeding the addiction one deck at a time.
