Slight change in the outgoing "Topic Notifications"

Unread post by Mike Ratledge »

Several people had suggested that I modify the format of the outgoing "Topic Response" notifications, and rather than really messing around with them I simply moved the name of the person that added to the topics you are subscribed to with notifications to a separate line so it's easier to find.

Unfortunately these are plain text files, don't allow for formatting at all, so there's no way for me to highlight, bold or color that single part.

In the future the notifications (and it's already done) will look like have that user name from UC that added to the conversation that you are having send notifications to you on a separate line so it's easier to find that. I might make more changes in the future, but I had thought the same thing in the past, that I wished those messages were formatted better. That single change is enough to at least get the one thing most people have asked for: make it easier to find the name of the person that made a response.
