Great final look of Queen. I feel like the dividing scroll should say something. The GA looks odd and unnecessary to me, almost distracting from the Queen.
Move on, nothing to see here.

True, but the one one-wayness is in the middle of the card and therefore not to distracting. Also, true a ribbon is usually used for some text, but this person is so close in making traditions work. This ribbon is used as a crutch until they learn how to do transitions.
