Unread post by SBurk49 »

I would suggest Jaspas' channel "School of Cardistry" for a start. They go over the real basics and I'm kind of sad this channel wasn't around when I started, because I learned stuff in no particular order which wasn't the best idea...

Here's the channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/SchoolOfCardistry/videos" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Zach Mueller just launched his new website yesterday and you can learn the basics there, too. http://www.fontainecards.com/the-classics" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

i know you said you're a beginner, and the above beginner material is good, but . . .

my personal favorite for a beginner dvd is without question Genesis Vol 1 by Andrei Jikh

so much good stuff in there, and yea, you could learn some of it on youtube, but he's very detailed, and the stuff that you learn that isn't on youtube is great!

this was his first cardistry dvd release and he put a lot of effort into it.

but enough just check out the trailer, it's pretty convincing! lol
