I really enjoyed that deck. It's a shame the KickStarter didn't get fully funded. I'm glad though I picked up a couple decks at his store... you can't beat $2.95/deck
oh and good review.

very nice review, i like how its structured and how you actually give background and real specs of the deck, not to mention your flourishers so thats a plus for me i do watch a few youtube reviewers but they all seem to be magicians so theyre looking for different things than i am on a deck, and some of them barely know how to handle a deck, whether they just have money to burn or just love card collecting im not sure but its not helpful for a review other than seeing the cards...but your reviews are really informative!
how would you compare the thickness of this deck to others? would you say its wynns thick? ive always had an interest in other decks that arent USPC, just to see how they handle...i dont like that they are jumbo index and are borderless tho, it would be cool if they went along with this whole fictional casino thing and made ones that looked like wynns/jnugs with the solid backs
ill get them anyway, 3 bucks a deck is extremely generous and it doesnt hurt to try new decks!

Man, that type of comment is very much appreciated! Thank you for this one and the IAOCP one. Sorry I haven't got back to you earlier! Your comments have got to be amongst the best we've ever received so far. ThankYou again.darkinertia wrote:very nice review, i like how its structured and how you actually give background and real specs of the deck, not to mention your flourishers so thats a plus for me i do watch a few youtube reviewers but they all seem to be magicians so theyre looking for different things than i am on a deck, and some of them barely know how to handle a deck, whether they just have money to burn or just love card collecting im not sure but its not helpful for a review other than seeing the cards...but your reviews are really informative!

As for cards, I do believe it is important to handle different cards as they give you a clear view, since we can get mixed up in the similarly handling decks of USPCC Nowadays. Some really good exotics are the PR1ME Decks, they are quite different with heavy use of ink, a semi slick and waxy finish with a heavy, stiff, thin stock. In fairness, they handle pretty darn well! (Our Review of PR1ME - http://youtu.be/8rD5-kAHth4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
Key West Resort and Casino Playing Cards are definitely some of the thicker cards that I've handled, as stated in the review this does make them cumbersome which is unlike some other thick decks such as Wynns. They really aren't engineered for flourishing I can say that now BUT the edges are smooth and handle well on the table, so I guess they achieve their purpose, right? Casino Cards!

Please forgive the long delay in posting. I wanted to thank Joker & The Thief for their amazing review.
The video quality in this review is unsurpassed. It's really HDTV good! And these guys know cards, and know how to handle them. The cardistry was amazing. I showed this review to several people and they were really impressed with how it came out. The review is well organized and honest, and the delivery is very professional.
For anyone interested, the decks are still available on the Key West site -- $3 @ in small quantities, $2.89 @ for dozens.
